Other choices to consider
Co-op and Regular programs
Can’t decide between co-op or regular systems of study? Have a look at Co-op and Regular to learn the differences and benefits of each system.
Choosing your major
Accounting and Financial Management or Social Development Studies students are admitted directly into their major. Students in Honours Arts, Honours Arts and Business—Regular, and Honours Arts and Business—Co-op select a major at the end of first year. Your first year will be spent taking a variety of courses to broaden your horizons and try new things.
You also have the option of not declaring a major and pursuing a general degree now called Liberal Studies.
Minors, options and specializations
You can enhance your degree with many different minors, options, and/or specializations. To find out how you can tailor your degree to meet your individual needs and career goals, go to Personalize Your Program. There's more! Consider including an international exchange term in your program.
