AFM 102Announcements & Updates Comments on Group Reports The link below contains my comments/feedback on all sections of the marking key used to grade the group reports. Group Report Grades See the links below for grades on the group reports by section. You can pick your report up during office hours this week (see announcement below) or at the exam on Friday. A detailed marking key with written feedback is attached to each report. I will post some general feedback on overall strengths and weaknesses of the group reports later this week. Final Participation Grades See the links below for the final participation grades by section. As discussed in class, if your verbal participation grade (% out of 100) is lower than your average grade on the mid-terms and final combined (% out of 100), I will reallocate those 5 marks using whichever of the following two options is most beneficial to the student: (a) 5 mark increase to the weight of the final exam (total weight of 35 instead of 30); or (b) 1.5 mark increase to the weight of each mid-term (total weight 43 instead of 40) and a 2 mark increase to the weight of the final (total weight 32 instead of 30). Peer Evaluation for Group Research Assignment See the "Group Forms" link for the peer evaluation form for the group research assignment. If you are going to submit the form (and it is optional) it must be printed out and signed. You can hand it in to me during class.
