Dr. Fernandes and her lab are researchers within the Psychology Department at the University of Waterloo. We conduct studies on young healthy adults and senior citizens in order to better understand how memory works. Our research involves developing our understanding of the cognitive processes and brain regions (using fMRI) involved in remembering our past.

Please browse our web site and see a bit about what we do. And if you are over the age of 60 years, and want to find our more about participating in Studies on Aging visit www.wrap.uwaterloo.ca.
